Getting Started

1. Add a new Request It page configured to the needs of your business requirements
2. Use the new page's URL to submit transactions for you to process
3. View and process transactions submitted via your new page.
4. View and manage associated payment transactions using the Payment Gateway service (if applicable).
5. When you are ready, this URL can be surfaced on your public-facing webpage as a button or link for your citizens to begin contacting you.
